For all our products

If our baby bottles, breast pumps, or any accessory reaches you in a defective condition, we’re here to help! Simply contact us via email at sales@hoshiko.sg, send us a clear video or photo of the defect to show us what is wrong, and we will provide you with a one-for-one exchange within 3 working days.

Here are some conditions to take note:

1.      Do contact us within 5 days of receiving the defective product(s).

2.      For your baby/own safety, do not use the product as soon as you notice any defect.

3.      Keep the defective product for the one-for-one exchange. We seek your understanding that we will not be able to provide an exchange if the defective product is not returned to us.

4.      The exchange will be carried out personally by our HoshikoSG staff, so all you will have to do is keep the product with you. We will fix a date and time for the exchange at your convenience.

For our breast pumps

Our breast pumps come with a 3-month local supplier warranty for a complete one-for-one exchange, unless the defect was due to improper handling, unauthorized repairs or tampering, negligence, or damage from private disassembly.

For up to one year, any exchange will be on a case-by-case basis.
